Jenny is an accomplished senior executive with 30 years of experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. She has a track record of originating, structuring, and negotiating complex real estate transactions that drive revenue. She is an experienced portfolio manager, having managed investments through many cycles and directed strategy to maximize value for investors. She has structured new lines of business, taking into consideration effective governance and risk management strategies for clients operating in regulated business environments. She has been recognized for her strategic vision, industry relationships and ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Jenny holds FINRA SIE, Series 79 investment banking, and Series 63 licenses and is a licensed attorney in New York, Illinois and Missouri.
